"A Green Meeting" was recorded in 2018-2019 and shelved for reasons I am a bit hazy on. Perhaps I was feeling disinterested and not confident in the songs but listening to them in the present they exceed the expectations of my memory. If I've learned anything from making music (and art in general), it's that taking space from the work is often necessary. The future may be hazy and the past even hazier but at times haziness can be a subtle blessing and when the haze clears you may find yourself in another world. Perhaps "A Green Meeting" mimics such sentiments.
